Avoiding Excess Reclaim
While you might not often run into reclaim issues with the AERIS, it's still a good idea to keep things efficient and clean. This guide will help you manage any reclaim so you can keep enjoying those smooth dabs.
Proper Loading Technique:
To keep things running smoothly and avoid too much reclaim, just make sure you're loading your stuff right. Use a dab tool to place the right amount onto the insert. Don't go overboard with how much you put in; too much can cause more reclaim. Aim for a dab that's just right: not too little, not too much. (picture of SABER tool with appropriate sized dab)
Controlled Temperature Settings:
Set your AERIS to the temperature that works best for your concentrate. Super high temperatures might make the concentrate bubble more and lead to more reclaim. Play around with the settings a bit to find what works best for you. You want everything to vaporize without any mess.
Proper Inhalation Technique:
When you're taking a hit, don't rush. Slow and steady does the trick. This way, you'll get all the vapor and keep reclaim to a minimum. Pulling too hard can pull more vapor and reclaim into the device, so just keep that mind.
Regular Maintenance:
Give your AERIS a little love by cleaning it regularly. After you're done dabbing, use a cotton swab or cloth to clean up any leftover concentrate in the ceramic chamber. Cleaning the atomizer connection points is also something we recommend doing after every fifty sessions or so. Also, giving it a good deep clean after every 25 - 50 dabs is a great way to maintain your AERIS. If you’re looking for how to deep clean your AERIS, check out this video here!
With these tips, your AERIS will stay clean, efficient, and ready for some great dabbing sessions.
