If your CARTA Sport flashes red and yellow three times, it’s indicating the device might be detecting a problem with the electrical flow, or is short circuiting. Here's how to troubleshoot:

1. Update Firmware:

• Connect your CARTA Sport to the Focus V app.​
• Check for any available firmware updates and install them.​

2. Clean and Reconnect Atomizer:

• Ensure the device is off and cooled down.
• Remove the atomizer.
• Clean the connections between the base and atomizer using a soft cloth or a cotton swab dipped in 70% isopropyl alcohol.
• Allow the connections to dry completely before reattaching the atomizer, ensuring a snug fit.
