AERIS — Connecting to the V Browser App

What you'll need

• AERIS device (powered on)
• Smartphone with the V Browser app installed (available on iOS and Android)
• Bluetooth enabled on your phone
• Location services enabled on your phone (required for Bluetooth device scanning)

Connection steps

1. 1
   Power on your AERIS

   Press the V button 5 times to power on. Keep the AERIS within 1–2 feet of your phone during pairing.

   Enable Bluetooth and Location

   On your phone, go to Settings and enable both Bluetooth and Location Services. Both must be on for the V Browser to detect nearby devices.

   Open V Browser and navigate to the app

   Launch V Browser on your phone and type www.focusv.app in the address bar. The app will load and begin scanning for nearby Focus V devices.

   Select your AERIS

   When your device appears in the app's device list, tap 'AERIS' to connect. Confirm ownership when prompted.

   Connection confirmed

   A successful pairing is indicated in the app and with an LED response on the AERIS. You can now set custom temperatures, LED presets, and check firmware.
