If you've purchased a pre-owned Focus V device and need to claim ownership, follow these steps to request an ownership transfer through the V Browser.

   Open the V Browser

   Launch the V Browser on your smartphone and navigate to www.focusv.app.

   Go to Devices

   Tap the Devices icon at the bottom of the screen.

   Select Manage Devices

   Choose Manage Devices from the menu.

   Request Ownership Release

   Select the device you'd like to claim ownership of, then tap Confirm. An email will be sent to the previous owner requesting them to release ownership.

   Wait for the Previous Owner to Release

   Once the previous owner releases ownership via their V Browser app, the device will become available to claim.

   Claim the Device

   To verify that ownership has been released, tap on the device in Manage Devices. You should see the option Connect to Claim — tap it to take ownership.
