If you're selling or gifting a Focus V device, follow these steps to release ownership through the V Browser so the new owner can claim it.

   Open the V Browser

   Launch the V Browser on your smartphone and navigate to www.focusv.app.

   Go to Devices

   Tap the Devices icon at the bottom of the screen.

   Select Manage Devices

   Choose Manage Devices from the menu.

   Choose Your Device

   Select the device you'd like to release ownership for.

   Confirm the Release

   Confirm the release of ownership when prompted. The device is now available to be claimed by another user.

   Verify the Release

   To confirm ownership was successfully removed, tap on the device in the Manage Devices screen. You should see the option Connect to Claim, indicating the device is unclaimed.
