SABER — Using with Different Concentrates
Updated Jan 15, 2024 2 min read
The SABER works with a wide range of concentrate consistencies. Whether you're loading cold cure, budder, shatter, or fresh press, here's how to get the best results when scooping and transferring concentrate into your atomizer or banger.
Soft Concentrates — Budder, Cold Cure, Sugars, Waxes, and Crumble
- These consistencies can be handled with the SABER cold (no heat needed) at room temperature.
- Use the flat tip to scoop and load the desired amount directly into your atomizer or banger.
- The flat tip is designed to gather softer consistencies efficiently without additional heat.
Hard Concentrates — Shatter and Fresh Press
- Heat the SABER tip before handling shatter or fresh press.
- Allow approximately 5 seconds of heat, then slice a portion and collect as normal.
- Heating prevents the tip from sticking or meeting resistance, ensuring a smooth loading process.
Storage Considerations
- If you store concentrate in the refrigerator, allow it to reach room temperature before use.
- Warming up the concentrate preserves terpene aroma and prevents moisture from being trapped.
- Room-temperature concentrate is easier to handle and load into your atomizer or banger.
