INTELLI-CORE MAX — How to Clean on CARTA

The Intelli-Core MAX is compatible with both the CARTA 2 and CARTA Sport. The cleaning process is identical for both devices.

Cleaning with the Bubble Cap

   Power off and let it cool

   Turn off your CARTA 2 or CARTA Sport and allow the atomizer to cool completely.

   Remove the glass top

   Lift the glass top straight off the CARTA base.

   Remove the silicone tether and Bubble Cap

   Detach the silicone tether and lift the Bubble Cap off the atomizer.

   Remove the silicone bumper

   Slide the silicone bumper off the MAX atomizer.

   Unscrew the MAX atomizer

   Turn the MAX atomizer counterclockwise to remove it from the CARTA base.

   Soak the atomizer in isopropyl alcohol

   Submerge the MAX atomizer in isopropyl alcohol for at least 10 minutes, or until all residue is removed.

   Clean the Bubble Cap

   Soak the glass Bubble Cap in isopropyl alcohol, or clean it thoroughly with an iso-dampened swab.

   Air dry all pieces completely

   Remove pieces from iso and allow everything to air dry fully before reassembly. This can take one to two hours.

   Reassemble

   Screw the MAX atomizer back into the CARTA base, attach the silicone bumper, place the Bubble Cap and silicone tether back on, then place the glass top back on.
