INTELLI-CORE — How to Install & Connect

The Intelli-Core atomizer is the heating element of your CARTA 2 or AERIS. Proper installation ensures solid electrical contact and prevents open-circuit errors.

   Power off the device

   Press the V button 5 times to power off. Never install or remove the atomizer while the device is on.

   Align the atomizer with the base

   Hold the atomizer above the base port. The threads are self-aligning — no special orientation is required.

   Screw in clockwise until snug

   Turn the atomizer clockwise by hand. Thread slowly to avoid cross-threading. Stop when snug — do not overtighten.

   Power on and test

   Press the V button 5 times to power on. Run a short 15-second session at the lowest temperature to confirm proper operation.
