INTELLI-CORE for Herb — How to Use

The Intelli-Core for Herb Atomizer is designed for enjoying flower and dry herb materials with your CARTA device. Follow these steps to get the best vapor quality and efficiency from each session.

Loading the atomizer

• Grind herb to a medium consistency — not too fine, not too coarse.
• Pack approximately 0.5–0.7 grams into the chamber.
• Gently pat down to a spongy consistency that allows airflow — do not pack tightly.
• Seal the chamber with the carb cap.

Temperature settings

• 380–420°F (193–215°C) — recommended range for vaporization.
• Below 380°F — lighter, more flavorful vapor.
• Above 420°F — approaches combustion; produces a heavier hit closer to a standard water pipe experience.

Running a session

   Preheat the atomizer

   Set your temperature and allow the atomizer to fully heat up. For optimal vapor production, wait an additional 15–30 seconds after reaching the set temperature to let vapor stack in the chamber.

   Inhale slowly and steadily

   Draw from the mouthpiece slowly and in a controlled manner. Avoid ripping too forcefully — pulling hard removes the hot air baking the herb and reduces vapor quality.

   Allow vapor stacking between hits

   After each hit, wait 5–10 seconds for vapor to stack again in the chamber. This ensures you capture full potency and a consistent experience.

   Stir the herb mid-session

   Use a dab tool to gently move the herb around during the session. This promotes even vaporization and more efficient use of your material.

   Monitor herb color

   Watch for the herb turning brown — this indicates proper vaporization is occurring. Stop and reload when the material is fully browned. Blackened or ashy material indicates combustion.

   Remove spent material

   Use a dab tool to lightly stir then scrape out the finished bowl. Alternatively, once the atomizer is cool enough to handle, remove it from the device and flip it upside down to empty the chamber. The browned herb (AVB — already vaped bud) can be saved and stored for other uses.
