INTELLI-CORE & Everlast — Care Guide
Taking proper care of your atomizer is essential for preserving flavor and performance. This guide covers maintenance for both the Intelli-Core and Everlast atomizers for oil concentrates.
Intelli-Core
- 1Swab after every dab
After each session, use a cotton swab to clean the insert of the atomizer. This removes residual concentrate and prevents chazzing (burnt residue buildup) that degrades flavor over time.
- 2Avoid overloading
Use an appropriate amount of concentrate. Overloading causes leaks into the atomizer casing, which leads to continuous burning of residue and tainted flavor. Load conservatively for best results.
- 3Periodic deep clean (every 25–50 dabs)
Remove the atomizer from the base. Remove any silicone accessories. Soak the atomizer in 70–90% isopropyl alcohol for 5–10 minutes. Pat dry and air dry for at least 1–2 hours before reinstalling. Use an isopropyl-dampened swab to clean the base port while the atomizer dries.
- 4Warm before removing
If the atomizer feels stuck, run a 15-second session at the lowest temperature to soften any wax buildup at the connection. Power off and let cool before unscrewing counterclockwise.
Everlast (discontinued — still supported)
The Everlast atomizer has been discontinued but is still fully supported. The care and cleaning process is identical to the Intelli-Core.
- 1Swab after every dab
Clean the insert with a cotton swab after each session to remove residual concentrate and prevent buildup.
- 2Periodic iso soak (every 25–50 dabs)
Soak the atomizer in 70–90% isopropyl alcohol for 5–10 minutes. Remove silicone accessories before soaking. Air dry fully (1–2 hours) before reinstalling.
- 3Warm before removing if stuck
Run a short low-temperature session to loosen any wax at the connection before unscrewing.
