CARTA Classic 7x Red Error Troubleshooting
The 7 red error LED sequence indicates an over-calibration of the unit. This can occur from leaving the unit in adverse conditions such as direct heat or cold exposure. To solve this issue perform an atomizer recalibration in a controlled environment with an ambient temperature of 77 degrees. From there follow these steps: 1. Turn off the device and cool the atomizer to 77° F.
2. Turn the device back on.
3. Press the power button 4x. On the 4th press, hold down the power button for 20 seconds or white LEDs appear. NOTE : 3 white LED blink indicates failure, 4 indicates successful calibration
