CARTA Classic 2x Yellow Error Troubleshooting

The 2 yellow error sequence indicates that the unit is overheating. This can be caused by the unit running sessions back to back or if the unit was calibrated at a temperature too far from 77 F. To resolve the issue resync your atomizer by following the steps below: 1. Turn off the device and cool the atomizer to 77° F.

2. Turn the device back on.

3. Press the power button 4x. On the 4th press, hold down the power button for 20 seconds or white LEDs appear.

3 white LED blink indicates failure, 4 indicates successful resync
